Branded Packaging

Packaging is the force multiplier on everything else in your gift — a $15 power bank in a poly bag feels cheap, the same power bank in a custom gift box feels like a $50 premium gift. For any item over $10 unit cost, packaging investment returns more perceived value than the item itself.

Four tiers cover most needs. Kraft gift boxes with tissue paper ($2–5 per set) are the entry-level and work for mid-tier onboarding and event gifting — warm, natural, brand-neutral. Custom-printed mailer boxes ($4–12) for e-commerce unboxing and retail activations — full-colour exterior and branded interior, great for product launches. Rigid gift boxes ($8–25) for premium executive gifting — magnetic-closure, foil-stamped, linen-wrapped; these feel like retail luxury packaging. Custom die-cut and shaped boxes ($10–30+) for signature gifting — your product shape, anniversary shapes, logo-shaped boxes.

Inserts matter as much as the box. Foam inserts hold products in place and signal premium. Custom-die-cut cardboard inserts match your exact product shape. Shredded paper or excelsior for warm, artisan feel.

Branding: foil stamping (gold, silver, rose-gold) on rigid boxes signals luxury; digital print on kraft or corrugated for full-colour; embossing or debossing for sophisticated logo-forward designs; sticker seals for low-cost branding on stocked boxes.

For eco-conscious brands, all our packaging is available in FSC-certified cardboard, recycled-content papers and compostable fills. Plastic-free options (paper tape, biodegradable tissue) for full ESG alignment.

Lead times: 3–5 weeks for stocked boxes with custom print, 8–12 weeks for fully custom shape/size/structure. Minimum for custom die-cut is 500 units.
