How to choose
Fast promotional products require two things: stocked pre-branded ranges (already in Australian warehouses) and production capacity headroom at the decoration stage. Sense2's fast-ship range covers 120+ SKUs across pens, notebooks, water bottles, tote bags, keyrings, lanyards, stickers, stress balls and basic apparel.
Realistic timelines: 3–5 business days for simple pad-print or screen-print on pre-branded stocked items (e.g. logo on a plain ceramic mug, logo on a stocked pen). 5–10 business days for embroidered apparel from stocked bodies. 10–15 business days for dye-sublimation, digital wrap, or multi-colour screen print on stocked items.
What's NOT available fast: fully custom items (custom colour, custom shape, custom fabric), overseas-only products, anything requiring tooling or mould, custom-dyed fabrics, custom-moulded chocolate or confectionery. These all need 4–12 weeks regardless of urgency.
The expedite fee typically adds 15–25% over standard lead-time pricing — it pays for production-line priority and expedited courier shipping. Budget accordingly. For truly urgent events (under 5 days), consider unbranded fast-ship plus on-site branding at the venue (we can arrange this in capital cities).
MOQ constraints loosen for fast orders — many fast-ship items have low MOQ (50–100 units) because they're coming from stocked inventory. Nationwide courier delivery is standard; Australian capital cities next-business-day, regional 2–3 business days.
