There's something quietly considered about a black wood pencil. Where the natural cedar version feels like school days and stationery drawers, the blackened body reads as architectural — the kind of thing a creative director keeps in a leather tray beside the moodboard. Sharpen one and the dark grain reveals itself in section, a small detail that rewards close attention.
The specification is yours to shape. Choose full-length or half, round, triangular or octagonal in profile, and finish the body in any colour your brand calls for — full-process print wrapped the whole way around, so the artwork travels with the pencil wherever it lands. Cap colour and eraser colour are specified separately, with erasers available in white, black, yellow, red, orange, blue, green and brown. For briefs that ask for something stranger, custom-shaped and custom-printed eco erasers can be added.
Minimum order is 2,000 units, with lead times of seven to eight weeks from artwork approval. One-colour body print is included; additional colours run at a small per-unit cost plus setup. The result is a giveaway that doesn't get tossed at the end of a conference — it ends up in the pen cup, then the sketchbook, then the meeting where someone asks where you got it.
