The Jala sits heavier in the hand than expected — that reassuring density of double-walled steel, finished in a matte powder coat that resists the small indignities of desk life and gym bags alike. A bamboo panel softens the geometry, warm against the cool of the metal.
The screw-on cap carries its own handle, which sounds like a small thing until you're walking from the carpark to a site meeting with a coffee in the other hand. Vacuum insulation does the quiet work inside: 201 stainless on the outside, 304 stainless within, sealed with silicone. Available in white or black, each bottle arrives in a black gift box that feels considered rather than corporate.
